Process Serving of Legal Documents
We have over the years built a department which specialises in serving Legal Documents throughout the UK. We have a vast network of agents not just in the UK but internationally. Our local touch and national reach allows documents to be served efficiently, professionally and above all quickly. Whether the hearing date is 2 months away or 2 days we will endeavour to serve the person in question swiftly. We aim to serve any non-time critical legal documents within 14 days.
We also compile the proof of service in order to eliminate typo errors and ensure that the paperwork is completed quickly and to the required standards and rules.
As we have worked tirelessly over the years to build a large network of process serving agents we insist they are experienced, professional and fully insured. With at least two enquiry agents per town, then, holiday season, sickness is never a problem.
There are various types of process serving and therefore we have kept our prices to cover these with no hidden costs:
- County Court Process start from as little as £65 + Swear Fee (if applicable) + VAT for bulk instructions
- All other types of Process Serving, then, our hourly rate is £30 per hour + Swear Fee + VAT.
