With the director being a member of the Credit Services Association (CSA516) and part of the Compliance Working Party through her Investigation business Falco Investigations Limited, Credit Monsters was added to the group in order to offer a wider range of products, customer care and a true one stop shop. It’s primary function is that of B2B Debt Collection however now it is fully licensed we are now in a position to collect B2C.
Should any debtor abscond whilst in our care we are able to trace at a minimal fee through our Parent Company Falco Investigations Limited and then continue pursuing through Credit Monsters. We have a varied litigation team, which means again costs are minimal but more importantly when we say we are a one stop shop, then, that is the service you will receive.
Debt Collecting which we offer very competitive rates on with no set up fee for bulk work. We charge £5 + VAT for each letter and our commission ranges from 10 – 20%.
